2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary by destination (5 days within the KSA. GCC & International 5–10 business days.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please contact cs@roscotti.com for return instructions.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, ROSCOTTI covers return shipping. For other returns (such as size or preference), the customer pays return shipping costs.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
No, exchanges are not available on our store.
